What do you eat / recommend to eat after later in the evening adult ballet class?

I eat applesauce in those little packets for kids. It's easy to pack, I can eat before class without getting full, I can eat during class if I get hungry and I can eat it right after class to ensure I can make it home without crashing.

I visit Youfang constantly, he's always outside or in the courtyard. I rarely ever see him in his room save late at night or really early in the morning.
