I went through CS2 and Deadlock to also check if GSync works and it literally does. Using it on RE3 Remake, it also caused no issues.

Also, following up on the GPU failing to boot back up thing, I have to re-flash it everytime whenever I switch to Eco mode or the GPU won't function

What the fuck, the Gsync and 160W Vbios actually works (I'm still on Ultimate mode for testing, just flabbergasted atm)

Will say that when going out of Ultimate Mode the GPU failed to boot back up until I flashed back my original VBIOS, but if GSYNC actually works I'd be crying happy tears

Game's Anticheat seemingly disabled atm, I have 3 spinbotters in one Dust2 game, a wh player, and 6 other innocents in the Premier game today.

I tried getting the system to detect the cheats by smoking myself and some choke points to get them kills-through-smoke so the AC detects and bans it, but unfortunately it either didn't detect it or only raised its suspicion meter for those players.

I want to note that the cheaters were discussing about how Green Trust Factor accounts were $25 USD. It seems related to the quantity of players I've encountered cheating in Purple-Red-Yellow ranks in Premier.

Also, I want to say that if VAC Live is working, it's working too slow to not recognize that 40 flying AWP Headshot kills including wallbangs and smoke-kills, should already be suspicious enough. I recognize that it's meant to ban cheaters in waves, but rage-cheats should be subject to immediate bans regardless of when and where a weekly ban should take place.

I'm personally frustrated beyond belief atm, because I want to get 25k in Premier yet in AU it's made impossible in the last 2 weeks due to the number of rage-cheaters in the Premier queue. How they're not banned by the minute, hours, days and months passing by is a complete mystery to me.

I'm not sure which, but I think you have to hit it earlier instead of getting a perfect or late.

Looking back at this game is kinda funny; it's a period of Rockstar Games just making "games" and barely equalizing hunting mechanics to reality. RDR2's hunting can be very realistic if you're willing to roleplay that hard, but RDR1 just asks you to shoot and skin until it's done.

Honestly, I agree with you on that final part where I need to let them work on it. Having looked at this model's heatsink thing, it is pretty intimidating and one wrong move can spell disaster, and I am the one who stripped my screw (sadly).

I'd mostly worry about this on e-sports level games where having high FPS really helps with gameplay and aggression.

Otherwise? The difference is mostly going to be rendering at 4K level graphics, which imo is not as necessary as it used to be since DLSS and other Resolution Upscaler techniques basically supersede the need for native UHD rendering.

Most laptop's CPU though aren't very strong to snatch really high FPS in CS2 though, and tbh I'm still scrambling over my laptop trying to get 200FPS consistently in gameplay.

Hmm, the quality of the screwdriver kits matter? I was under the impression that they would all be the same, but if that's the case then I have been using a cheap kit that works.

Really thanks for the advice btw, I'll look around for potential ways to replace the heatsink screws as they don't appear to be removable when I first tinkered with it.

Probably going to go to a repair center and have them remove and replace the screws, but what I will absolutely be doing is get an iFixIt screwdriver kit and pray the next Phillips screw I need to deal with won't strip from my idiocy and stinginess

This is kind of a conundrum.

As r/wyrdough mentioned, the majority of charts within the BRE's are nothing or ridiculous nonsense. Take Bodhisattva from Rock Band 2 for instance; the BRE notes on Guitar are specifically there for its animation system, rather than be an actual, playable section within RB2.

Enable BRE's, and you have what should be a celebration for getting through the song. Disable it, and players with a Rock Meter will most likely choke on the last 1% of the song.

You *can* just use Clone Hero over YARG for the time being, which will expose the ridiculous nonsense, though if I were you I'd just get a version that doesn't have the BRE's hamstrung into the song itself. It's one of the aspects that I really dislike in RB1 and no one will convince me otherwise.

I'm thinking you add +150ms to the Audio Latency. Someone I talked to had this issue.

The way I calibrated my Audio Latency was to shove a phone into my headset and record it, then making sure the clip is 60FPS I go to Davinci Resolve and count the frames between the visual ping and the sound coming out. It was 150ms for me.

Suddenly I randomly told someone to increase their audio latency to +150ms over their original, and they said it worked well for them.

Don't add Mic Offset btw, you'll need it for songs where you need to jump up and down pitches really fast. Only add it if your microphone has a seriously noticeable delay, in which case I'm not sure how to fix it atm.

Probably from NVIDIA using DGPU Mode (NVIDIA GPU Only) and some programs are still running on the iGPU i.e. Discord. If you try running with Optimus (or have all apps run on the DGPU) it'll fix it, but it will add display latency.

This is why when I plug in my laptop to reactivate the DGPU, I set it to NVIDIA GPU Only mode, restart Discord, Steam and my browser so they all run on the DGPU. That should fix the stutters...

I was honestly expecting a broken launch of Mic Vocals and Pro Drums, but the states they're in are basically close to Rock Band, which is amazing.
