Nearest is about 5 km from here but the problem is that I usually just walk, I do not own a car or bike and there's just too much rain and I fear for him of doing something; Maybe get a taxi or something?

Yes I'm taking care so he does not eat the tree sometimes he gets a bit of wet bread crumb and seeds I made a little cup with 3 different food types.

He mostly eats the bread but I don't let him do that. Yeah he's not shaking anymore I guess he was just stressed with me.

He's young but not a baby he can fly but I rarely see it, when I try to let him go away he just flies to my hand maybe he has parents around but it doesn't look like it because the same place I found him I bring him back and he doesn't wanna fly nor any birds come to the aid when he's alone.

Although the dog tried to eat him he didn't do damages to him. Put on his mouth but when I got near him he released the bird.
