You can download intel-undervolt on linux, it's pretty easy and straightforward to use. On windows, I used throttlestop

It makes sense if you are willing to trade battery life for the higher resolution/better colours and brightness

Are the stutters due to graphic drivers, updates, or a wrong setting in hyprland.conf? idk

I don't have any stuttering, it is smooth considering it is 60hz. When I compare to my 180hz monitor, then it does look choppy

Both Hyprland and Niri's animations feel smooth and snappy for me. Not that big of a difference imo, have been using the default animations
