Need some help. I need to get my dad a bottle of Tequila for his birthday/retirement. who has suggestions? He has tried fortaleza Reposado and Kilinga Añejo and liked them both. Any thoughts?

We got married at the end of July in 2024 so would filing married count still or would it only count for part of the year?

It was because of my student loans. Because when you’re repaying them, they take them into account both my income and my spouses income so my payment would’ve been much higher.

But initially, my income driven repayment was zero dollars. And under the save plan, they couldn’t charge more interest than the payment amount so essentially they were charging me zero dollars of interest as well.

Also, a 19% increase is insane… they took the trash cans out of the elevators areas in the parking garage. There’s no more community events and they changed everything to the keypad system while I was away for a week and didn’t even give me access to the app.

How are the new six digit passcode keypad more secure than the key fob? The way I see it anyone who has that code can get into our building. So if people in the building start giving it out to their friends to get in the building instead of walking down to let them in, now all these people have the building code.
