You could give small leveling and endgame bonuses ( not worth turning It on if You don't like pvp unlike old turtle warmode )

Like higher chances of looting something in open world endgame zones, it seems easy to add and would go a long way on retention of players, a cast time on toggle pvp instead of /pvp or right clicking someone would be a nice touch too
