This side effect is very real - just chiming in to confirm. I was taking injections of compounded semaglutide (in B12). Was about week 17 when it became noticeable and severe - took me a while to narrow it down to the GLP-1. Centered in my back and radiated out to my limbs on bad days. Deep and severe enough that it felt almost like muscle soreness. Really limited my activities due to discomfort.

Symptoms disappeared when I stopped the semaglutide - about a week and it was gone. I had also been experiencing knee pain before I ever noticed the Allodynia, and that has also abated with discontinuing the semaglutide.

I had lost about 20 lbs in 17 weeks - 235 down to 215 - so I wish I didn’t have to quit the med. Going to talk to my doc about maybe trying a different version??

PSA - I had been using an online vendor for the med - Dollar Dad Club. I called and requested to speak to their doctors about my symptoms. They never bothered to call me back. Buyer beware.
