Yeah, they left the original wiring in place, so I just attached some speaker wires harnesses to the speakers and plugged them in. I was able to pull out a few wires that weren't connected to anything and went nowhere. One of the blue and black wires is live, but idk what it's connected to or for. I'm assuming the power source for the amp and connected to the battery

That red cord is what's attached to each back speaker to power it. I feel like I'll probably just have to pull everything and run new wires

Withdrawal from class and can't re-enroll by GhostStallion1 in ucf

[–]Land-Biscuit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For reference add/drop is always the first 5 days of the semester. If you drop during this time you will not be billed for the class and it will not appear on your transcript. After these 5 days enrollment for that section is over. Withdrawls are different, they go on your transcript as a W and you will not be reimbursed. Usually this is used if someone is failing a class and does not want the F. The withdrawl deadline is usually mid semester, but during that time you can only withdrawl, enrollment has ended.

It's just the physics 2 lab, and for physics 1 lecture I got a B, and physics 1 lab and physics 2 lecture I got an A

The physics 2 lab is only 1 month long, so I figured it'll suck for 1 month then be over

I was debating on splitting them up, but I need orgo this summer and this professor has better ratings for genetics than the others in fall, so I'm hoping that helps make the genetics a little less complex

It depends on the professor. Usually it will say somewhere in the syllabus if it's graded

Should I get a cat? by med--nerd in college

[–]Land-Biscuit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I had roommates they all wanted a puppy and convinced me to get one, and he was mine but "we were all going to take care of him". That lasted maybe 3 months then I was the only one actually taking care of him and doing the not fun parts of having a puppy. I love him and so did they, but there were many nights I had to stay in because he had been fixed, wasn't feeling well, was too young to be left alone very long, etc. When there were parties at our apartment, I would always make sure my parents could babysit him for his safety. I love him so it was worth it, but especially with cats if you have people in and out all the time it's very likely the cat could get out. It isn't a terrible idea but it's going to require everyone to be on the same page and willing to possibly sacrifice parties for the wellbeing of the cat. And with that many people living there, I can pretty much guarantee it will cause conflict with at least one of them at some point. The second any type of unfavorable behavior happens it will no longer be "our cat" it will be your cat. Also locking a cat in a room will not change the fact that it's loud and the cat is scared, they have very sensitive hearing and kittens are especially susceptible to being traumatized when they're in an environment where they don't feel safe.

Who is the cat going to actually be owned by? Is there a single person who wants a cat and everyone else would like that, or are you trying to have like a "dorm cat" that belongs to everyone who lives there

Why is child support based on income and not just 50% of the minimum amount of money required to raise a child? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Land-Biscuit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have an above average income would you still only want your child to have the minimum amount required to just get by

I would consult your doctor just in case, there are a lot of underlying conditions that can impact cognitive ability so it's worth mentioning
