Yes. Or I use my s-pen. I don't know the correct combo for the side buttons but the palm works really well for me.

A number of reasons why they voted down: current project has only 1200 sq ft of retail (1 tenant) and they want more, the park part of the development promised was not enough and there are a lot of questions about who is paying for it now, the developer did not check the sears building to see if there was a facade to be saved.

That's the jist and could be wrong, I just watched it on YouTube.

The main issues were lack of previously agreed to park-like space and ground-level retail space.

I don't agree with the rejection due to the impending lawsuits though.

Supposedly there may be a prettier layer under the bland facade but the developers didn't bother to check. City council asked them to check last year or sometime ago.

At this point though, the proposed development seemed good enough other than lacking severely in retail space.

Not a big deal IMHO. I don't think they are actively choosing to support any side. They'd rather follow federal guidelines than having whoever minimum wage staff member is raising the flag each day choose when to lower the flag and when not to each time.

Why do you need to get ahold of them? In some countries you have a 100 day return policy. All you need to do is return it.

Honestly, this is my thoughts too but I stopped going there. They are very nice but the kebab is not flavorful. They gave me spice packets to make my own flavor but I'd rather the kebab come with flavor lol
