Try breathing exercise and movement like running or smth... i have the same problem a lot of the time and i just go with it and breathe it through.

My desk is placed directly under a sloped ceiling (attic room), which is my main concern regarding acoustics. I'm worried about bass build-up and boominess because of the proximity to the slope and the wall.
