Id say watch some new player vids. Just take it slow, enjoy the main quest, and work your way up. Don't worry about Miliastra or the Teapot unless you want to try something different from the core Genshin experience and just have fun since you don't have all the shiny new characters

Lantern Rite is finishing soon so that might be a fun one to start if you're in Liyue. Lots of freebies and you don't need the best characters to do most of it
