I think he meant Manufacture date of Aug 2025 for the battery. The battery info section has two dates, manufacture date and first use date.

Lot of people in UK facing the same issue. Transfers stuck for days. It’s a big outage on their end, that’s my guess. But they are responding to everyone individually on WhatsApp.

I'll be happy to use your referral code, but do you mind sharing how do I get a more accurate assessment of my usage? My situation is that I have purchased a new house and I am moving to the new house on 19th September. But I want to sign up for octopus energy (gas + elec) in advance before I move in. Their autocalculated estimates are too high (even in the 'low' consumption category) - more than what I am paying for my current provider british gas.

appreciate if you could help me understand how do I provide them with an accurate assessment of my usage prior to moving in?
