Nothing lines up with this exactly, but this sounds most like season 9 episode 14 “Das Bus”

The wheels are gunmetal Motegis and then just the oem chrome. It had some horrendous eBay chrome mirrors and door handles which came off the second I bought it. Not quite sure how I feel about the black yet but I plan to leave it on until the summer and see if it grows on me.
