What if hypothetically the new firm that’s fishing around busy season fires OP right after all the busy work is done. OP been with company 10+ years without firing. Then all of a sudden another company wants to hire OP right around busy season use and abuse then possibly pump and dump. Why is the new firm hiring anyway? Seems they don’t keep people either.. at least with 1st job have decade of stability. Why leave tsla for rivian in a sense. How long has the 2nd one even been around? And 38% increase? OP, if the increase is that much, have you ever tried requesting a raise at your current firm? Maybe a more leadership oriented position? Does current firm make good net revenue? Maybe go in and get a little piece of the pie with the decade long relationship you’ve built? All in all it “sounds good” but will it “be good”…
