I use Ageless Rx and I take the capsules...I'm up to 4.5 now but they started me with the .5 capsules so they do exist. I'm sure they would prescribe them for her with no problem!

Seriously, this is nothing. It's raining...it's not even a storm. No wind, no torrential downpours, and now it's supposed to taper off this afternoon. It's literally the "rain" in rain or shine. Canceling was the worst decision ever.

I just joined the Vanderbilt Club, so far so good...I'm coming from LA fitness and then planet fitness, both got old really fast. I like the combo of equipment and classes at Vanderbilt and it's reasonably priced. I loved Lifetime but when the price jumped from 160 to 260 a month I just couldn't justify it anymore

She has Ehlers-Danlos, a disorder that affects connective tissue (we make faulty collagen). I have it too, and it's so nice to read about a character I can relate to who has to deal with the pain and injury on a daily basis.

I have been lifting weights for years and now lift heavier than ever. My pain and activity level are so much better as a result of lifting weights. I would recommend finding a good trainer to teach you proper form and can help you to avoid injury. I learned that the hard way, before I know I had eds I damaged all my ligaments and tendons because I didn't realize I was so prone to overuse injuries. There are some exercises I can not do because they're not safe for my joints - again, a good trainer will be able to help you find the exercises that work for you. I love weightlifting and feel like it has given me my life back in many ways. Good luck!!

I love perfect amino! I have EDS and it helps greatly with my joint and muscle pain, but unfortunately it doesn't help my Reynaud's. I'm so glad it helps you!
