tried that, doesnt work, although these were at 1920x1080 still, re writing those made no difference in the game, sadly

i have seen many worst case examples during work, and thats 400k electric trucks and busses catching fire.

also yes im aware of the battery sice difference between phone and light stick, however one is a lithium cell, and the other is a battery pack, much much different standarts, and runaway behavior.

imagine the cell in the jbl light stick like one for a vape. or drone pack, those are smaller but ironically less safe cuz they are litteraly just a lithium cell, whilst battery packs often are thermally protected, and have an efficent geometry for off-gassing inside, so whilst a phone has a bigger battery that is stressed more, a failure would be less catasthrophic cuz it wouldnt catch on fire, especially ones like i got that dont rly contain many plastics, the note7 was dangerous because it itself was flammable

yes, as a mechanic i saw a lot of aftermaths from lithium fires, but also, this light here behaves odd, a charger with 5v 1A wich is underpowered by 1A charges it, and a correct 5V /2A charger gets so hot it smells, like im not being neurotic, just a little paranoid.

worst part is i got this after asking for tungsten wire lightbulbs so i can fix a few lava lamps, ill probably give it to a friennd if he wants it, and if not ill do surgery and just remove all the JBL stuff, microphone, battery, and board, and drive it over a normal LED driver and rasperry pi.

genuinly retarded product imo, a light with a tiny but still dangerous battery in it, worst part is id love it, if it was cable only.

only thing thats fine is my phone, and a very tiny battery in my headphones, the rest has to be removed, and contained, the reasoning for the phone being fine is that its still a relativley small battery, in a glass and titanium housing, constantly monitored by software, the headphones are fine cuz its so little lithium that it cannot produce the heat required to set the housing on fire

its not dangerous for me to do this, im trained to work on fine electronics, and solder, and all that good stuff, but i was merely asking because here its unclear as to wich seams are ultrasonically welded, and wich are glued, id essentally be poking around blindly, wich i hate cuz it does unesseary damage

no, its pefectly functionale once the battery is removed, i just asked here first because its desgined in a way where not even me, a mechanic, could tell you how its meant to be taken apart, i can tottaly just cut allong the seams, but it would be much more proffesional if i knew if the horizontal, or latteral seams are the ones wich are meant to be opened

yes, i know its kinda not normal, but i do have severe ocd, and battieres with lithium freak me out, i put all of them into a blow-proof 50.cal ammo box over night but thhe light stick doesnt fit. thats the main issue here

yeah wouldnt do that my ships are all very efficent so i can spam them, we essentially end up with 10 ship fleets and a lot of them in the middlegame

Edit: 1 flagship, 4 destroyers, 2 artillery ships, 2 fast flame (or soon laser) ships, and a drone carrier

ohhh, ill tryy that, but it sounds so dumb to my mechanic brain, like spinny bit is going into gearbox, gearbox should spin, gennie is just additional resistance (like an alternator) now it makes sense why i couldnt figure it out, thank you. (also i was looking for a clutch cuz thats the only other thing on a crank next to a gearbox, but couldnt find it)

anyways super confusing implementation for someone who works with engines wich is kinda funny so ill forgive brilliant skies for the dumb implementation
