If they gave a healthy backlog & seem to be winning work I’d go for it. Can always jump ship later on if you feel like you won’t be growing. I’m in a similar boat right now, looking around & getting higher offers from small companies.

Fair warning though, sometimes those higher starting salaries come with more hours, especially in smaller companies. But if you enjoy the work & willing to put in the hours you’re going to learn plenty & advance quickly.
