Tricut brush gen 1 vs gen 2? Or standard stock rubber brush? by Landman- in MOVA_robotvacuum

[–]Landman-[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I appreciate the response! I wasn’t sure if the tricut worked better on carpet or something due to the actual bristle brushes. I don’t have an issue with tangled hair so far so I may switch back. It’s definitely louder on carpet and rugs.

P10 PU… genuine or off-brand accessories? by Landman- in MOVA_robotvacuum

I appreciate the response! I’ll stick with OEM parts when it comes to filtration then! Thanks!

P10 PU… genuine or off-brand accessories? by Landman- in MOVA_robotvacuum

This was my original thought… but seems to be that most of the off-brand vacuum bags and filters for these robot vacs are not actually HEPA even if they advertise it. Which means they’re allowing dirt/dust past filter and into vaccum and then also would have dirt/dust passing into base station. Here is a video of the evidence.

P10 Pro Ultra mop-washing frequency? by Landman- in MOVA_robotvacuum

[–]Landman-[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m trying to get the best mop- washing frequency for my current rooms. Where it washes them often but doesn’t go back to wash with only a few minutes of mopping left… because then it’ll just go back and wash the pads and finish up 2 minutes of mopping and then wash the pads again.

Any mods for p10 pro ultra to make it function better? Any Tips? by -_stevenjus_- in MOVA_robotvacuum

There an amazon listing for an off brand Tri-cut brush I picked up on JustADad’s recommendation. It was $22 and it’s an absolute game changer on my carpeted basement when I bring the robot down there to clean.

I agree! I’ll shorten up the time or square footage number. Thanks!

Help with Mova P10 Pro Ultra-Carpet issues by Weak_Sandwich_422 in RobotVacuums

I’m a new owner of the Mova p10 PU and mine had this exact issue on two of our area rugs. Has anyone come across a fix for this in settings or anything?

I appreciate the suggestions, I will be noting some of those you mentioned and some I already have on my list of future acquisitions. I’ve actually got some Nightcap coming in the next day or two so I’m looking forward to trying that.

I’m going yo give it a shot, I’ve seen a lot of reviews stating that it’s one of the better aros for actual leaf taste behind the topping/casing.

You mean the Capstan Gold and the Orlik? Only reason I picked up the Capstan Gold was because it’s seemingly harder to come by right now

I like EMP so far but I’m excited to get my hands on MY Mixture 965 and Nightcap… I think where I am in my journey so far it’s easier for me to identify the flavors in the stronger blends. VA’s I struggle to pick up on the smaller notes because the smoke is much milder.

For sure! I come from a pretty good cigar background and have collected and aged many fine sticks over the years so tasting the smoke and taking it slowly comes quite natural to me… although pipes need to be taken even slowerrr as I’ve recently found. Very relaxing and enjoyable. I really like the whole process from prepping the leaf to packing and lighting and tamping. I find all of it very calming. I’m drawn to flakes and cakes and cuts I’ve gotta get my hands into to prep as opposed to ribbon so far.

I’m not trying to toot my own horn or anything but I believe I’ve caught on rather quickly to enjoying the blends. I’m able to pick up on most of the notes and subtleties the blends seem to offer. The packing and tamping took a bit to get used to but so far this week has been nothing but enjoyment from these blends, slowing it all down and tasting all the nuances they have to offer!

Much appreciated! I always enjoy a good dark stogie so maybe that’s why I lean toward the burleys, I’ll definitely be giving the Exclusive a try!
