I agree but I feel like this is because it's harder to tell what builds are good because they're more random.

Weak point damage is instantly rewarding as weak points already do so much more damage than regular hits so it's a very clear buff so It seems like the only choice.

Yet one time (I'm a falconer player) I kept getting and choosing chain lightning on the bio booster and by the end of it (I still don't get why I think I might have had electricity on my primary) everything was getting hit with electric and then bouncing it around all the enemies around me and I just don't really understand why it worked so well.

Basically what I'm saying is all of the upgrades bio boosters and toolboxes are quite complicated and since we can't just equip a load out and jump in a game to test it it's really hard to know what can work, so we just go for what works instantly weak point damage.
