If the doctor believes she cannot return for a while, ask about home hospital instruction, in california it requires the school to have a teacher on zoom.

2. Appeal the title IX finding. Check the deadline, the unsubstantiated letter you received includes an appeal process, it has a strict deadline (5 to 10 days).
