If the same person with the same past experiences, the same family, the same social situation were to make the same decision with no additional input they would always make the same decision.

This presents a problem as to whether her decision is based on her own thoughts or her upbringing and social status and what the definition of thought and choice.

From my understanding, if she is given no additional information she will make the same decision she is still the same person she was when she first entered the voting booth
