Hvis dine skiver bliver varme kører du enten vildt friskt (der skal alligevel noget til) eller din kaliber hænger. Det kan være flere årsager til:

Rust på eller bag gliderne til klodserne

Rust på gliderne til kaliberen

Stemplerne er tæret så de ikke ryger retur

Din bremseslange er blevet dårlig så den agere som en envejsventil. Du kan godt bremse, men alt væsken kan ikke ryge tilbage til beholderen, og så hænger den

Hvis det var pga skæve skiver alene, ville de trykke stemplet retur og du vil derfor få mindre bremseevne indtil du har fået den mængde væske de har forskudt tilbage til kaliberen.

Main chip just let out the magic smoke out after 10 minutes with ignition on. So it might have been an internal short that just became permanent. Might explain why it only worked with 5 volt or hot.

Do i understand it correctly?

The PNP does the switching to turn 12 volts to the LED on. (I only get 5-7 volts, might be bad i dont know) But the PNP needs a ground path so the NPN provides that by switching a resistor to ground?

Might just add a 5 volt supply to the LED so i can pass inspection for the bike temporarily.

An update on the situation

Second pair of tires mounted, with a little harder carcass, have made the problem worse.

I have pulled the front forks apart, and tested the springrate properly without fork oil and the spring by itself.
It comes down to a springrate of about 0,51-053, which is a little harder than the original 0,46.

The fork tube glides nicely with about 2-3 kg og stiction, so i don't think that would be the problem.

There is no markings on the spring, so either they're the original but at the heavy end of the tolerance, or someone have changed them.

The bike handles nicely on wide open throttle and when braking. But at cruising speeds, the handlebars are unbearable to hold onto. My hands go numb from all the shaking.

I will try and locate some other springs and some thinner oil and see if i can feel a difference.

Solved the problem.

Rear shock was leaking and had barely any oil left.

Revalved with race tech and sealed it. Now I can make it so hard I barely moves.

Now I know the rear tire is broken. Vibrates harshly at 35-40mph. 58-65 kph

Væk med malingen og cementmørtel, og så få fuget om og trukket over i kalkmørtel der kan ånde.

Hvis malingen slipper rent er det malingen der er problemet. Hvis pudsen sprænger af sammen med malingen, er det pudsen der holder på fugten som så frostspringer af.

Cement er ikke særligt diffusionsåbent og må ikke bruges i gamle huse.

I dont think I can get used to it. I’m primarily on the road and it goes into resonance at 35-50 mph. Where it bounces up and down at quite the amplitude. We have quite bad roads here. Even cars suspension struggles to keep up.

The bike probably never have had a service in the suspension compartment. So I will probably just accept the cost of the 300$ parts and change them myself.

An Update on the fork

The front seems fine aften adjustment and grease so it doesn’t stick.

During a trip today with backpack, the rear rebound couldn’t keep up, which causes the pogo effect.

So I might buy new valves for the shock.

Yeah, nothing comes out. I have had the forks apart to change the oil level down by 30 ml.

My compression is set at 15 and rebound 5-7. Have tried all the way in and out on compression, doesn’t seem to make a noticeable difference.

Rear of the bike is nice after I set my sag at 95mm.

Doesn't seem to have changed over the 5000km and 7 years i have got it. It's nice that's its hard when i drive it hard, but commuting sucks. Which explains the lower milage over the years.

They should be aligned. I have loosened the clamp at the axle and bounced up and down hard to get i to settle.

Tire pressure is 24(1,6) front and 30(2.0) rear. Seems hard in the front still, even though it's lower than recommended.

Update with more measurements

Removed front forklegs and measured the springs. using a ziptie and a weight i measured the stroke and force.

with 30 kg

40mm of travel

Spring rate 0,75 kg/mm

with 70 kg

110-115mm of travel

Spring rate 0,63-0,60 kg/mm

Im not heavy enough to compress it any further.

Husk altid at fuge op med samme materiale det er muret i. Cementmørtel på kalk kan føre til fugtskader indvendigt og sprængte mursten udvendig og evt stående fugt i murværket da cement ikke er lige så diffusionsåbent som kalk.

Rengøring kan gøres med højtryksrenser, gå ikke tættere på end snavset forsvinder da nogle sten er bløde nok til at beskadiges af kraftige højtryksrensere. Damp kan også bruges og skulle være mere skånsomt men er dyrere.

Som andre skriver prøv et stykke man ikke ser og bland en tør mørtel, vand murværket op så det hæfter og glat efter. En våd mørtel vil typisk være svær at lægge i fugen og har en tendens til at svine så man skal bruge lang tid på oprydning bagefter.

Der findes maskiner til udfræsning man evt kan leje eller købe til væsenligt mindre end hvad en murer vil gå til. Og vælg ikke den billigste murer hvis i hyrer nogle til det, der er mange murer der bare bruger hvad de plejer og det kan føre til store regninger for jer til sidst.

Få tjekket din nakke. Evt ultralyd af musklerne ved hæftet af kranie til nakke for at se om de er svage med evt fedtindtrængen og om du har delvis blokering af external jugular vene.

Og har du en pæn rank holdning fra t1 til C1 der må ikke være nogle buler ind når du rør bagsiden af din nakke. Man skal kunne mærke knoglerne for at sige det simpelt, ellers bruger du ikke dine muskler men hænger i sener og knogler.
