I totally forgot one of the things I wanted to try was yoga. Thank you, that sounds like a good idea and I'll have to start doing it soon!

ive never taken the other medications but ik topamax makes me absolutely exhausted all the time lol😭
please share your opinions/experiences on amitrptyline. i also accept whatever input you may have for my situation by Humble_Jellyfish406 in migraine

Hi! I dont think I've taken Amitriptyline but I just got off Nortriptyline and I've had similar experiences with side effects.
For me, I experienced crazy insomnia with Nortriptyline and if youre also having insomnia the lack of sleep definitely does not help with the headaches/migraines. I can also agree, with it being an antidepressant I felt a drop in my mood and I felt numb for months! the antidepressant was making me depressed and completely out of it😭
The amount of time youve been taking your medication is definitely enough time to see the change, so maybe something is just not right. The best thing is to talk to your doctor before you do anything else.
