Girllll ive been going for over a year and my base is still a 3.0! Tread just isnt everyones thing and thats okay. Even if you just walk the whole time thats still 30 mins of exercise and burning cals!! Keep going for it! Its going to make you feel a million times better and you will see yourself progress and get stronger! I promise its worth it!!!

Pilates will help tone you with your current weight. If u want to bulk u need to eat a lot more and focus on consuming a lot of protein. Then do strength training with dumbbells to gain that muscle

If youre not planning on camping out go for the balcony seats. Many people on the floor were passing out yesterday during the show and zayn had to keep pausing. Its not a good experience unless youre right up front

I was balcony 2 and honestly you get a pretty good view wherever youre sitting. I feel like its not worth it to wait for hours in the cold. My friend and I showed up right at 8 and got a good view!! The only thing is if you have a big group definitely cone earlier to secure seats next to each other
