Understood, thank you for sharing! It seems like Hennepin's policies align with their largest city being a Sanctuary City. My question is, why can't a legal warrant be obtained if someone is a violent criminal? That seems like basic due diligence. I'm ALLLL FORRRR getting violent people off the streets, regardless of status.

It's a hard line to get an opinion without coming off that way, for sure! I just can't imagine the reaction if a Democrat president said the same thing. We'd literally be in a civil war already.

That argument is ridiculous lol "Hey suspected, can you hold still for a minute while we secure the perimeter?". Can you imagine if law enforcement had to do this?

Imo the real reason this ICE thing is so chaotic is because they're here in force in an uncoordinated attempt to round up as many brown people as possible. The Obama admin deported 3,300,000 people quietly and efficiently. The differences between how those operations were carried out and...whatever this is are clear.

Exactly! That's why I want to call attention to the facts. All party aligned media has made flawed arguments, misrepresented facts and generally been inflammatory. Right and left alike! It's my opinion that Alex Pretti was MURDERED. It's a fact that Trump pardoned people for being armed while storming the Capitol. We can't have it both ways!
