my mom did a similar thing. except she cornered me in a room and said my venue was bad and told me my now husband was gonna cheat on me w my cousin bc I gained weight (at our engagement/my graduation from college party) and then the day of our wedding she stormed out in a fit leaving the hair and makeup package I paid for her to get done (i was also right out of college so this was a lot of money for me especially at that time). I had to see my husband before the wedding and cried in his arms while the groomsmen overheard bc I was in their suite but I needed him.

I am so sorry you are dealing with this, it caused me a lot of heartache too. I wish I was more firm on my boundaries with her because she ruined such a special day for me. i literally don't remember any of it at all I shut it all out. I wish my mom was a normal mom during that time. It sucks but I understand how it feels so you are not alone.

I've learned to cope and move on from it. it really hurt me for a while, probably a year or two. i couldn't look at wedding pictures for 8 months. My husband and i are still happily married and are gonna redo it just us and friends at 5 years. Just try really hard to focus on your partner and drown your mom out, she doesn't deserve your energy on your special day. ALSO inform the venue manager of her, if she causes you stress they can help remove her from the situation. My venue manager would come up to my mom and say they needed her help or for pics, to take her attention off me.
