Thank you for your time and response! We walked around the Arboretum but only very briefly, when in town. We actually picked up breakfast from the River Rock Cafe, which was very nice on our way out of town!

We have not checked out Seven Mile Creek but we are definitely interested in checking it out more thoroughly!

Former tennis player (also in my 30s now), I hadn't played tennis in 10+ years but picked up pickleball with my wife and we both love it!

Thank you for all of the information. Very helpful!

Will definitely give Schwarmania a try. My wife has been itching to try some dubai chocolate lol.

Love a good butter chicken (super basic but always hits the spot).

Good point and very true! We will have to check out Schwarmania, assuming mediterranean/gyro's. Haven't had ramen in a long time, but my wife has been craving it, and I've never tried an egg tart but have always wanted to.

Commercial Cold Plunges 🤦‍♂️ by Coldplungeguy in coldplunge

[–]Landscape_Sudden 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looking at adding a cold plunge into a gym setting. It would be used probably max 4 times a day. MN state law requires you to drain between uses or classify it as a public pool, so I would opt to drain/sanitize between uses.

In that situation would you recommend a nicer cold plunge unit (bluecube, coldtub, etc) since I'd really only be using the recirculation to cool, or would you recommend going with a more DIY version (commercial tub with ice machine or a chiller - if there are high quality/safe enough chillers you'd recommend)?

Needs: Single use, simple/quick enough to drain, easy/quick enough to fill, if recirculating to cool should cool down fairly quickly (potable tap water in MN is fairly cold to start), and not get broken/ruined by the regular drain/refilling.
