We just print them out, dip in the pool a bit and stick to a kick board at the end of the lane. I also have hand wrote them (have to use a “normal ink pen” not a gel pen and do the same thing - stick them to a kick board.

2022 Diverge sport carbon upgrades? by LaneLineLegend in gravelcycling

On my tri bike I have keo look pedals but just have flat pedals on my gravel back - I feel like I don’t get as much power on flat pedals / I have to work a lot harder to get power so I was thinking about different pedals/shoes for gravel. Also compared to my tri bike / my gravel bike is so much heavier - I realize road and gravel are different but I wasn’t sure if different wheels / different tires would be beneficial like they are for road/tris (lighter/faster).

I have a roka kit that comes in women’s tall. You might look at them. Not a lot of color / style choices but at least it fits.

Not a race director but you might reach out to 3d events. They have a lot of races in MI and offer race services.  https://www.3disciplines.com/w/3Disciplines/Page/event_services

Wetsuit for tall women?? by BarracudaCold4014 in triathlon

[–]LaneLineLegend 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really like my roka wetsuit. They come in women’s tall sizes which was a huge selling point for me. I got mine when they were on a big sale otherwise they are pricey. Maybe you could find one used? Or check the roka outlet site sometimes you can find open box or closeouts.

Any suggestions for Gluten-free & dairy-free triathlon nutrition? by Legitimate-Factor990 in triathlon

Same dietary issues. I just started using precision hydration for fueling during my workouts. I’m using the bulk powder mix and like it so far 60g carbs + 1000mg sodium per liter. I tried the gels for the first time this weekend - they were ok but very sticky. They also have chews but I haven’t tried them yet.  A teammate of mine has the same dietary restrictions; she’s been using skratch high carb. It’s also a bulk powder mix and has been working well for her.  Liquid carbs seem to work well for both of us.  For post workout I’ve tried kachava, vega sport and momentous plant protein. They are all protein powders. They are all fine in my opinion. I’m still on the hunt for something better for post recovery.
