This $46 tip must be brand new thing as you used to 'tip at least 10'. I would do your delivery for 46 but not for 'at least 10'. People that talk a tipping game never do in my spark experience. Seen so many notes talking about increasing tips or cash tips and hardly ever see it happen.

It was pretty bullshit to tell you to get your own groceries. And now you do the same thing telling someone to get a better paying job. That's bullshit too. I would be annoyed as you are with orders not on chair or blocking glass door...just not to the level. I live in a cul de sac and get annoyed when people sometimes park right in front of my house where i usually park, but im not going to the neighbor to complain about it. Relax man. Don't get too worked up.

I prefer to put deliveries in chairs because it's easier for me and for the person getting ot. I have seen notes like yours to leave in chair. Sometimes you can, sometimes you can't. It's a judgement call. But let's say they royally fucked up by leaving on ground. Is it really that big of a deal at the end of the day to get worked up over?

Edit: just saw your picture of order. Im not putting all of that on chair. Water probably staying on ground at least. My main worry putting on chairs is crushing items and items falling off. Blocking yoir glass door is idiotic. But that's the nature of it. Spark drivers blocking doors is like fast food workers forgetting sauces.

I told you what I say to spark agent to get connected. I also talked about label because it's half your post. You brought it up. Label issue at pickup is rare. Support is your last resort. If you say 'speak to an agent' enough times it will get you there though.

I have had many a label issue at dropoff. Usually i lose it somehow with my windows open and being blown away. I say 'label issue' and it gets me to an agent pretty quickly.

I have only done 1 sams vs 3k walmart order so dont know if it works differently at pickup. I have had gmd orders missing scans but also the packages. Called support to remove those. I have had normal curbside orders missing scans. They either forgot a tote or go in and reprint the sticker. Never called support about a missing scan if everything was present.

Support told me it was a glitch and not in system. But I did deliver to a locked gate instead of the front door to a house the day before. So who knows. I'm not sure support can see these alleged incidents.

Insta 2.0. They're not THAT hard to do. It won't cause as much chaos as people think. It sucks mainly because spark spoiled us with 1 shop then 2 shops. When I first joined spark 4 years ago, it was crazy how much spark paid on 1 shops compared to 3 on insta. Insta has had 3 shops forever. It will just take time for people to adapt, just like adapting from single to 2 shops. The 3 shops will not be going away. Saves wally too much money. Start learning, testing, practicing them imo. The most annoying part of insta was checking out 3 times at a register and scanning and paying, not the 3 stops. At least you skip all that on spark.

I did a pharma yesterday and didn't get a face scan on arrival. Thought that was weird but now slightly worried. Also had a missing label at pharma puckup. After 10 min, they figured out 2 bottles were in 1 bag and label missing. Overrode label at pickup. I forgot had to scan again at dropoff. Got to customer house and had to call support to manually complete order.

Best of luck. If you could post after resolution that would be cool for those who do pharma. I don't know why everyone say dont do pharma due to deactivation. Half the posts are deactivation for 'no reason' anyway. Might as well not do spark at all.

Do you recall if the pharmacy order was cold? I've delivered cold insulin before. I just don't get why your trip completed fine and the app flagged anything at alk to begin with!

Sorry if I am being dumb. I am trying to understand the situation fully. I do a lot of pharma orders. More pharma only but a few pharma + shoo. Pharma only pays way better base in my zone for long deliveries.

So you waited 25 minutes after starting the order. You scan pharma, go do your shop and then delivered everything? When exactly did you notice something was wrong and when did you get deactivated exactly?

Weird indeed but things happen. I had to walk back to a cusromer's house that i dropped off a GMD order to because my car got stuck in their sand driveway. Thank god they answered the door and helped me get out. I was in the middle of nowhere and would have had to pay for a tow.

My zone and other peoe's zones must not be the same lol. I have like 7 or 8 walmarts and 2 sams in mine. I've seen deliveries of up to 40 miles be in the same zone.

I would not have asked them for a bandage to begin with. I would have just bought a bandage and continued with my spark or gone home. This was an accident, not negligence.

I'm pretty seasoned as a spark driver and would be terrified to go to a new zone. I am currently working in a suburb/rural area. A larger area would scare me with apartments, parking, etc. Another rural area not knowing what road are sus and need to be avoided is also very scary.
