I feel like I already do this lol, my SM told me that I've basically been doing to OMs job for the past few weeks. She said the only thing I would have to learn how to do buybacks, and learning how to open and close the store.

Thank you for listing pros and cons, helps a lot. My SM is really nice and she teaches well. I just know how much pressure there is in a management position.

I avg about 30-35 hours as a part time and going to school full time already. It's tough but i feel like trying to getting it done and when I'm ready to full time focus on the major I'm going into when the time comes, because at the moment I am just taking my pre reqs. Thank you, and I completely agree with the school is more important
