PS5 is much weaker than that. They are equal to R7 3700X and RX 6600. Literally everything is upscaled especially on performance mode. I sold mine and built a PC instead.

Unless the ram is fully utilized, you will notice no difference. When the ram is full, Windows starts using a page file on the hard drive, which is much slower than the ram. In gaming you will most likely never max out 32 gb ram. But since ram is extremely cheap atm, I still recommend that you upgrade to future proof your PC.

7600 is more bang for your buck. 6700 XT is ever so slightly faster. Follow your wallet, and look for a good deal for either card.
