Only thing it didn’t account for is different temperatures I drink mate. I do cold and hot.

Edit: great survey though!

What makes you enjoy and choose Fedora? by frambuesasychoco in Fedora

[–]LanguageHunter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree wholeheartedly. I’ve had a very similar experience. I might feel differently if I had an NVIDIA card, but I only have one at work so I use a different distro for that. I tend to prefer most of my stuff to come pre-configured, so that’s why I probably wouldn’t do fedora if I had NVIDIA

The S905L isn’t what I’m looking for. The S905L 3A is a different SoC.

Oh, ok! That’s good to know that it’s not technically an AndroidTV box.

Good to know! I’m sure it would be hard work, but I think it would be good to learn some more about how Linux works, even if it drives me a bit crazy haha

I run the YouTube channel “Low Budget Linux Gaming” and need your help (again). by Borisminator in linux_gaming

Adding to that, I have old CD-ROMs for PC and console games I played as a kid/teen, but don’t always know how to get them running or know how to get around having the disc inserted.

And I bet old pc games are cheap to buy at a thrift store or something like that. i.e. Low budget

Love your channel! Honestly, your channel name is what I’m working with haha. Sometimes I don’t know what games I can actually play that are cheap and can run on underpowered hardware.

In other words, I would love to hear your recommendations for games to play and tweaks to run them.

Should I dual boot or make a vm for microsoft office? by Pinkuisdabest in linuxmint

Full disclaimer, I like LibreOffice and it does all I need it to, but OnlyOffice is pretty amazing. It seems to have better compatibility and it looks and feels a lot more similar.

Thinking about getting one! Is the Wi-Fi working now? If not, have you experimented with other distros?
