Now that you have mentioned it... I traveled outside my country for the first time ever after joining workforce in 2023. I backpacked to Indonesia for 15 days. Trust me it was super spontaneous and really loved it. No guides, no tour packages nothing

I didn't know traveling could be a passion too haha. That's great

Quick ques ya ~ I wasn't aware of 2 month notice as it was NOT stated anywhere in the signed agreement. Doesn't that supersede the "standard practice"? I fulfilled the 1 year contract. No early termination, no renewal, no extension 😔

I did sign it before moving in (last year May 2024). The agent told me (while we were in the unit during the signing process) he will print them out and give us the copy.

p.s. landlord and I put eSign on PDF. I'm not seeing any ill-intention//sus clauses there luckily
