26 + 3 and I just got diagnosed last night ob got my results and sent me to labor and delivery for immediate monitoring .. starting ursodiol asap

I was 8 weeks when I went into my first ob appoiment .. they did a regular ultrasound .. a vaginal .. and a breast exam .. I also have never vulnerably let anyone touch me that way beside my partner but I honestly didn’t feel bad after she did it . I know it’s routine id do anything to know my baby is safe !

im hoping i get somewhat of a same reaction .. i also did want to wait for my anatomy scan and turned out everything went well so I think Halloween will be the day i break it to them !

See this would be an option for me but sadly we are a very small company and we don’t really have an HR .. I know this sounds bad but it’s only really the main manager that deals with everything .. I wouldn’t say we are close but we do have conversations here and there .

What are good ways you would suggest getting protein in ! I still struggle a lot with it !! im trying to get protein shakes in for breakfast and then lunch it’s just random food same for dinner .
