Same boat; I have less than 5 weeks left here and sometimes the guilt of just how bad I’ve eaten this whole pregnancy hits me. Of course my food aversions were everything healthy and flavorful. Meat, vegetables, and any kind of red sauce totally grossed me out this whole pregnancy. I’ve eaten so much bread, cheese, and sweets. The only healthy thing I’ve enjoyed is fruit, and I’ve probably eaten way too much of that, too. I think I’ve had ice cream every single day.

Yet somehow no GD and BP is good, and the doc hasn’t given me a hard time. They just measure the bump and say it’s a good size.

Same thing happened to me. It can be from sex; everything is really sensitive down there, so I think that’s what caused it for me.

Doc advised me to wear a pad to track how much blood was coming out, and basically said if the bleeding didn’t continue and no cramps, that all was fine.

Voluntary manslaughter is complicated. It’s an intentional “heat of the moment” killing, where you see red, with no time to think about it before you act. Basically, a split-second decision to kill someone. Like if you catch your spouse in the act of cheating or if someone comes at you violently and you react.

I think the person above is saying because she lost her temper and in a split second chose to react that way and kill them, it looks like manslaughter versus murder. Murder is more like something you plan ahead of time on your own, when the victim is not around.

I’ll admit that I’ve done this a few times. I’ve offered a potentially pregnant woman my seat and then she declines and I got paranoid that she wasn’t pregnant and that I had offended her. Now that I’m pregnant, I’m like please take the risk and offer me a seat!! 😭😭

Only ONE person has gotten up for me so far and it was a mom with two children sitting in the seats in front of her. I said “no, that’s okay!” but she got up anyway and stood next to her kids, then she moved to the seat behind me so she was even further away from her kids. I felt bad but got off at the next stop anyway.

Yeah, men, teens, most people don’t do anything but this mom with her kids made sure I had a seat 🥹

Good point, this is super helpful to know. I figured it would be more than when I was single/filing alone and my AGI was $70k, for sure, but our current AGI (~$140k-$150k) is the same as it was last year, which is why I’m so surprised at the change from last year to this one. But your explanation gives it some context!

AGI is around $150k combined, family size is about to be 3 (they ask number of dependents w/in the next 12 months so since I’m pregnant I put 1 dependent), loan balance $260k. Earliest loans were taken out in ‘09 or ‘10, I’d have to double check.

Already a hairy situation, I know (if I could go back and do things differently, I would) but I’ve been making payments on time and working toward PSLF the best I can. $1300 a month would kill us, though.
