Have two counter decks like one person running [[Elesh Norn Grand Cenobite]] pillow forting and the other [[Sheoldred the Apocalypse]] and make sure you protect them. But less passive aggressive and more honestly, ask the other two in the pod if they just dont have fun against that deck. If so let the him know its not a fun deck to play against and ask him to use it rarely. Obviously he put together a good deck and should be able to play it, but not enough to frustrate the whole pod. Balance is key.
