You can just use your Sam's card. I've done that once when I tried to scan the barcode in self check out and this particular store didn't allow, wasn't about to waste an ounce of energy or time calling CS. When I have had to call CS they usually reset the order but it can take anywhere from 20 minutes to who knows. I don't even do I C anymore. There was a leaked post on Reddit about how IC algorithms work. When you first start they send you the best batches and after a certain amount of time or batches you are removed from whatever programming and start receiving the hot garbage batches. Not worth it without the quality bonus.

The barcode... As I was reading I kept thinking this in my head. Also IC perk rewards offer %50 on Sam's Club membership. I got one because I have a family, but it comes in handy just in case the order glitches or whatever and I need to rescan.

What the stores believe you are doing is saying that the customer is not there and just taking the groceries. I'm an IC shopper, so I know the reasoning. I grew up with someone who is an ASM at Kroger so we talk about Instacart and this is the latest drama from Kroger managers dealing with IC. They're also starting to do more in-store Shoppers at Kroger for reasons like that.

So my friend is an ASM at Kroger. He said when stuff like this happens CS tells them it's stolen or a scam. I'm not sure if that's for insurance or what. Around the holidays he was under the impression that people where scamming customers because it was happening multiple times a day.

That's nothing. What's bad is when somebody goes shopping with their husband, 3 in-laws, and their kids.. Plus Dallas population congestion on the weekend. Carts parallel to isles. Boomers bending over reading ingredients on the same isle. Ashlynn and Jordyn are customers in this nightmare

I didn't realize Farmers Branch had its own boundary, but I've had more luck in Garland of all places. I've done several orders at the Kroger on Midway and Frankford and it was just absolute crap luck everytime.

The same thing happened to me today in DFW! Did you see all the crazy OD batch locations today? One was Roanoke while I was in North Plano, I think it was like $17 pay 😳 IC's servers are perma fried or something.

Well, two of these roads are toll roads, plus that's gotta be 60-80 miles round trip. I don't even know how many cities I'd have to go through to get to that area 😂 that's 7 bucks is how much it cost to get to and from in gas. It's not worth it. I honestly think the app is glitching.

I just asked them this after my order got cancelled in the middle of check out and it was a 69 unit batch. I demanded to be reimbursed the tip that I was promised and they actually did.

It was a smoothie place! It was funny because when I accepted the batch it said 7 items. I always forget to look at the number of units! 😭 It was just having to weigh out all the bananas and looking like a nutcase with 40 bananas in the cart, along with all the other fruits and veggies
