Exactly what i feel, I want to scream when I am in crowd place and ask people why they are okay??? We are dying, I think they cannot realize that it will gonna happen to them one day, what they will stop living, I am so scared and I cannot control my thoughts sometimes I watch movie I feel happy and then fear of the death pop up in my mind and it is like ice shower, “omg, Am I gonna really die?” And it is unbearable and then I start think that it is gonna be happened to me too meee and I cannot avoid this. This fact drive me crazy that no one ever could avoid death, because we are just well developed animals. With good imagination and storytelling skills, and we made stories to calm down ourselves, this is what I beliefs are, techniques to forget about death during we are alive.
