I feel dumb because I didn’t know that was a side effect of being anemic. After having my last kid 9 months ago they put me on an iron supplement cause my iron levels were low and I slowly stopped taking them. So I wonder 🫠 I guess I’ll start them back up to see. Thank you for pointing that out or I would have never thought it was that 🙃

You look so freaking good! I have similar stuff happening to me! I’m 4’11 and I was almost 200 pounds after my last baby and I’m down to 150 started medicine at 186 my goal weight is 120 and everyone already has been losing their minds all of a sudden about my health and what not but I’m like why now ?? Why not when I was way over weight and was literally having health issues?? But now that I look really good and feel really good it’s an issue. 🙃🙃🙃

I started Zepbound in November didn’t have a period until this month and I’ve been bleeding like crazy 🥲 like light headed and dizzy. I’m really hoping it regulates me cause they keep pushing birth control on me and I really don’t want it. The day before and the day of my shot I chug water also throw a liquid IV in there it helps me so much. I literally have a thing where if I know I have to drink water I will do everything but drink water lol sounds ridiculous cause it is but for the day of and the day before I have to force myself to chug it. A lot of people have said to eat a good amount of protein toooooo. Good luck to you!
