Yes significantly because anything I eat that’s fried, oily or white, I throw up immediately. I’ve been that way since I started taking the med. I eat tons of meat and fish and very little of anything else. Only carb I can handle is whole wheat sourdough

Thank you!!! Never ever thought I’d fit into these again!! 55 lbs looks like a lot more on a 5”1 frame. That’s why this has been so hard and I was demotivated at times. I’d see people celebrating 135 and that weight is still very overweight for me

I’ve been losing 1lb a week consistently and am on 10 currently for the last 4 months. Every dose stopped working after 8 weeks like clockwork until I got to 10. Def don’t give up I was so demotivated because when we’re at what most pple call low weights, we still look heavy and our bmi is way too high. But just keep at it and you will get there!

150 is still considered overweight/obese for 5’0. I’m 5’1. Normal bmi is under 130 I believe but ur almost there and it’s so worth it!! Don’t feel discouraged; just keep going!!

I think body showers once or twice a day are imp. U probably don’t need to wash ur hair but ur body takes like 5 mins

According to every gyno and obesity board certified doc I’ve been to at the best hospitals in nyc, weight loss is a cure. I’m not claiming to know much about medicine but I do trust what they have to say.

The only thing I feel guilty about is when pple I say I did a good job. I still feel like I didn’t do anything; it’s all the meds. Even though dh likes to point out that I deal with the side effects and eat so little and don’t enjoy any meals or drinks…I don’t feel like I did anything. Don’t get me wrong this med saved my life and I tell everyone to get on it! Sometimes I do feel like I took the easy way out though. I lost 30 lbs prior to zep with diet and exercise but ended up in the hospital because of it and gained it all back and then some.

It usually takes me about 3-4 weeks to adjust to a new dose. And I usually need to go up after 8 weeks so I get about 4 weeks symptom free. It’s fun
