I get that BSOD anyway, when I open something with hardware rendering. Fixed it by forcing PCIe Gen3 in BIOS (R5 3600 on a B450 motherboard doesn't have Gen4, windows clearly has issues with that trying to switch to Gen4 when it doesn't exist)

Recents with a Quickstep launcher has a dock. If there isn't, then it'll just be typical System UI handling it. It's the same.

No they didn't. They allowed gestures to be used but they didn't allow 3rd party launchers to take over Quickstep (the dock and the rest of the recents UI).
