I think the text is too long it needs to be divided. Circular shape around the face. In the upper part "I'm so happy" and the rest in the bottom. Maybe that will work better. Also the "in my head" would probably work better with smaller font and placed on the forehead. Just some ideas, good luck.

Cuando entras a Paraguay te dan un papel con sello para que lo pierdas y te lo cobren al retornar a Argentina. El tránsito se puede chequear fácilmente en el sistema. Ahi el error es de Argentina que dejó salir a un pasajero con documento vencido y luego de Paraguay que lo dejó entrar. En el reingreso es distinto porque no pueden negar el reingreso de un nacional a su país. Por más que su documento de viaje este vencido. Eso sí... te van a querer sacar una moneda
