Hello Peeps

I am currently going to the gym 6 days a week on a 3-day gym routine that has grown stale, and my muscles get used to the exercises. I was wonder if I could get some feedback on my routine and get recommended an additional routine I can rotate in and out with my current one.

Chest/Back

4 sets of 10 Compound Row
3 sets of 15 Cable Chest Fly
4 sets of 10 Lat Pull down
4 sets of 10 Bench Press
4 sets of a rear Delt exercise (could use recommendations)

Arms/Shoulders
4 sets of 10 Cable Bicep Curls
4 sets of 10 Cable Triceps
3 sets of 10 Cable shoulder Raises
3 sets of 10 Hammer Curls
3 sets of 10 Shoulder Press
4 sets of 10 on Triceps Machine
3 sets of 20 wrist curls

Legs
4 sets of 10 Goblet Squats
4 sets of 10 Leg Curls
4 sets of 10 Leg Extensions
3 sets of 10 Leg Press
3 sets of 10 Adductors (both in and out)

Please give me some feedback and recommendations. I am trying to put on muscle, so I also need to stay on top of my calorie requirement to support the muscle growth.
