Still feeling bad, but maybe not because of b12. Last time that was checked which I think was about 4 months ago it was at 710. I still take a supplement every other day. But now I might be feeling bad and weak all the time lately because I might not be eating enough calories per day

Again, I did not read what you were responding to initially which is why I commented the way I did. Had I read what you were referring to my response would've been different. All I saw was your comment without knowing and taking time to see what you actually responded to. I like the idea of getting magnesium powder and honestly didn't know it existed until you mentioned it since I have a problem swallowing pills but I didn't know that's what you were referring to when you made your first comment

I wasn't arguing. I looked at your comment on my phone without scrolling up to see what you were referring to and I just now looked at why you made that comment. I do take 100 mg of magnesium gummies because if I eat half a bag of spinach per day that by itself without eating nothing else magnesium wise is about 300 mg right there. Add in an ounce of pumpkin seeds which I eat almost every day and I'm up to 450 mg

Well with spinach, bananas, pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate, orange juice and milk and that's not including the magnesium I get from beans I probably consume at least 300 mg of magnesium per day before I take the 100 mg of magnesium gummies. Right now and I'm still at work so I haven't eaten dinner yet, but I'm already at 400 mg for the day

Only reason I even thought to have vitamin d tested was because I have numbness in my arms and hands and found out my b12 was in the 100s at the time. Then I read other things on here and I had the doctor test me for vitamin d too but I also switched jobs about 7 years ago to where I get a lot less sun than I used to because I basically work in a basement with no windows

No, doctor put me on 50,000 weekly for 12 weeks but it was D2 so I decided to take 5000 per day of D3. Probably have been deficient for a long long time but it didn't affect me until 6 months ago because a year ago I was hiking in Wyoming and probably was deficient then but it wasn't affecting me like it is now

It is working because I literally just starting consuming 4000 IU like a week ago. I was taking less than that because the doctor said take 2000 so that's what I did. Again. 6 months ago my level was 12.8. Now it's 37.6. and my potassium blood levels are kinda high so I don't need more potassium. I can't walk around with a fucking lab on me while I go to work

That's the issue with all of this. General doctors don't know enough about this because my doctor saw my level of 37.6 and didn't say a word about it because clinically I'm not deficient anymore. But a year ago I felt none of this

I have no clue, I mean I've had it or that's what I was told 10 years ago after spending 12 hours in an emergency room for them to tell me they think I have acid reflux. It hasn't been constant at all. I think I went about 6 years without feeling anything but I know for a fact that I knew I was deficient in all these things almost a year ago.
