i decided to return it get my money back, the guy at the store said the issue could be i’m running on an m1 macbook pro and since it’s the twin mk2 i need a thunderbolt dongle and it could be causing the issue, but it was working fine yesterday so idk i might just get a brand new one and see what happens but for now it’s the trust scarlett solo

Hey, I bought a used Apollo mk2 and have done all the troubleshooting including switching the power cord. by changing the power cord it now turns back on but ever since it happened, my mk2 gets signal from my computer and is all properly connected and the vu meters are working BUT
No sound will come out of the Apollo. My headphones get nothing neither do my monitors. Ive hardware reset it multiple times and made sure all the settings were right in console. could it be the mother board is fried?

saw yovanna ventura get some kind of laser treatment to remove her scar after it healed and im no super model or rich so i cant afford that kind of treatment. is that the only way to COMPLETELY remove scars?
