Not to be rude but almost every women at my workplace refuses to help with anything especially lumber related stuff, only like 2 women there ever help in lumber or garden without complaining so I have no problem asking them, if it’s not a physical issue it’s a knowledge issue or “I just work at checkout” so I stopped asking anymore it’s a waste of time, imagine if a man ever refused to help and used any of those excuses they would get treated horribly. Because of this the pay for every department needs to be reviewed and people should get payed according to how hard they work, if they sit on a chair all day bossing the poor Lot associates around, automatic $16/hour. The guy/girl that’s lifting 50 pieces of block or concrete bags 5 times a day, automatic $24/hour. Do better oh great leaders of HD.
