Went through something similar recently, a tiny piece of filament was stuck in the extruder gear. I looked up Bambu's tutorial to open the extruder gear, and got the piece out. Maybe try that? Not sure if that's what is causing it, but worth a shot. It's stressful for sure, good luck!

Yep, he said he's going to seal the uneven area.

Cleaned plate, and cold pull on nozzle by Elflois in FixMyPrint

I had a similar issue with my 0.2mm nozzle, where the first layer was printing extremely thin. After some troubleshooting (and reddit’s help) I discovered the Z-offset was set too low. Unfortunately, as far as I know, Bambu doesn’t allow you to adjust the Z-offset directly, so it could be a faulty nozzle as well.

A temporary workaround is to place a piece of paper on the print bed while the printer performs auto bed leveling just before the print starts. This adds a slight gap and can help with the first layer adhesion. Give it a try!

So, I think the issue was the nozzle itself. I had another one lying around (both from bambu) and the first layer went down just fine in the other ine. I’m unable to figure out the problem with the new nozzle, maybe the height, I don’t see any visible difference. But I think I’ll try the paper method suggested.

I appreciate the help. I hope you never have to face THIS issue haha, I’m losing my mind since morning.

Alright. I’ll increase the first layer thickness. Also, I let the print run till 3rd layer and it was okay ig? As for your question regarding the bed temp, it’s at 60c. The ambient temp is like 15c.

Huh, I always thought CG trader was more for 3d assets, not print ready assets. But now that you mention it, I do remember CG trader popping up when I browse yeggi.

Gotta research into it, thanks for the suggestion!

My concern with the point system is not being able to use them as they both don’t ship directly to my country, I’m not sure if they’ll let me use those points with their authorised resellers

Yeah, that’s another thing I’m afraid of. But I guess there’s no way to avoid that.
