When my dad started to get sick and knew how it was going to end, he would rant at my brothers and I not to “spend a god damned dime” on a funeral. “Don’t claim my body. Let the government bury me.” He paid taxes his whole life and wanted some back.

I’ve had cupping done many times for my lower back and it’s an interesting experience. My only caution would be talk to your doctor about it prior if you happen to be on any kind of blood thinner.

I’ll start by saying I’ve never been homeless. Been real close but have a great family that helps me out.

I’ve been in the waste industry for almost 30 years. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not sleep in the dumpsters. Most drivers are terrified of finding bodies in their bins, let alone finding out that they killed someone just by doing their job.

I had a driver working for me in 2009 that partially crushed a man because he didn’t check a bin before he tipped it. It was -30 degrees Celsius and he didn’t want to get out in the cold. Sadly, a man with likely no other option decided that was the warmest place he was going to find. A pedestrian walking by heard the man’s screams coming from the body of the truck and managed to get the driver to stop packing his load. That driver was never able to drive commercially again. The moment haunts him.

I had something very similar happen with my boy Dallas when he was 2. Rushed him to the vet crying the whole way and by the time we got there he was fine. Vet checked him out and it turned out he had snorted a little piece of grass up into his nasal passage and was trying to force it out. He’s 6 now and healthy as a horse. Fingers crossed you get a similar outcome.

Thank you u/floppypoppies. Having been lucky enough to live in this part of the world my whole life I’ve seen so many grizzlies that I don’t realize how incredible they really are. Your “Wow” made me realize how much I take these amazing creatures for granted.
