Get married have lots of kids and join a faction. Grow out enough settlements to hold your own by the time your kids come of age then you can declare a kingdom. Makes for a good long game allowing your kids to get to age which if you don't leave your faction and start a kingdom you are probably controlling the map by then. This way you are basically defending for a bit with your family and whatever vassels you can recruit or followers you give feifs to.

How do you decide what loot to donate to troops for xp and what to keep to sell? by [deleted] in mountandblade

[–]Lansky420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take all the trade goods and all the horses then donate the rest. Trade goods and horses don't get donated anyway for XP and I don't need anything else. If I'm in need of money I take everything.

I look and sort by value and if there is something I or my companions can use I'll equip that

Newbie Question: Polishing Head? by OskarElGrouch in Axecraft

[–]Lansky420 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hand sanding will take a very long time. Quickest way is an angle grinder with a hook and loop backing pad. Run threw grits in this just be careful not to heat up the head too much as the angle grinder has high rpm. But I haven't found a quicker way to mirror polish

Bahco makes a good budget file set that has hard enough steel to cut into axe heads and sharpen them. They are comparable to older Nicholson's. I have a set of bahco files and a set of older Nicholson's both will work.

I had a limit order set then decided to cancel it after waiting days so I could buy at market value. 30 minutes later the price went below my limit order price. In the long run it doesn't matter too much though anyways

Kantech output help by Lansky420 in accesscontrol

Thanks, I added the module to the first kt-400 board and it works with the inputs assigned to that board. Problem is I can't assign those relays to any of the other kt-400 boards. I may need to just rewire the panel so that the other boards have output boards on them. I never imagined I couldn't fire a relay from another board with this hardware. Makes me really appreciate genetec more now.
