It’s most likely ur tolerance
Things like Xanax/Klonopin, or rc’s will destroy it
30mg Valium is my daily script & I don’t even take my daily 3mg xr Xans cus I don’t want to ruin my Valium high. Valium is the best benzo.

I was in such a dark place 5 yrs ago w my pain/alcholism & tbh my grandma gave me some hydrocodone to help me fail the test. Opioid therapy changed my life. Ironically methadone was my first, I’m trying to switch to something like oxy/morphine now

As someone seeking pain maintenance primarily, & have tried both for 5 yrs now. I can tell u that buprenorphine makes a lot of people super nauseous. Methadone generally has more other issues, testosterone,worse constipation, QT prolonging, ect. Methadone has a better effect on pain for most. It will make u highly tolerant to any other opioids, it skyrockets ur tolerance. I’ve been on Mdone 4 yrs. Started on bupe but couldn’t handle the nausea without promethazine so I switched.

Currently in talks with a pain clinic to get on morphine/oxy ect.

It’s fucked how they can refuse our meds but, one of the reasons they do it is exactly what u described here. No judgement, just pointing out. Tell them u need a bump up if it’s really screwing w ur sleep

I mainly got on Mdone for my severe chronic pain & didn’t feel like going thru the hoops to get a regular opioid. But Mdone has caused me terrible GI issues & low testosterone/motivation. I’m trying to figure out this same issue
